We are centrally located in San Antonio / Alamo Heights in an upscale, unique setting.  A 1920's bungalow is home to the spa with each room tastefully decorated in an eclectic, modern decor.    Our focus is on the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy and body spa treatments.  We offer advanced techniques that are specifically designed to provide you with the most relaxing and therapeutic treatments. RELAXING.

We offer the ultimate in relaxation through sight, touch, smell and sound. Each room has been carefully designed and uniquely decorated to appeal to all the senses. In order for us to accomplish our goal of effective and therapeutic soft tissue manipulation, we understand the ability to relax goes beyond touch. We provide an atmosphere that leaves one with a renewed meaning of relaxation.

THERAPEUTIC.

Each massage therapy session is tailored to the clients individual needs. We believe human performance of every day life is affected by soft tissue dysfunction. Our goal is to reduce tension, induce muscle relaxation and enhance circulation through massage therapy.

Etiquette:
a.r.t. massage body spa is a retreat for your mind body and spirit.  We require draping in all sessions and treatments.  Out of consideration for others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum.  Dedicate your time at our spa to complete relaxation.  Switching off cellular phones and other electronic devices is recommended so that you may relish in your treatment without interruption
from the outside world.

Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required.  Any cancellation with less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur a  75% cancellation fee.  Full charges will be imposed for a "no show".

Reservations
We do accept walk-ins, however, we recommend that you book well in advance to secure you preferred date and time of treatment.  If we do not have space available for your
desired date and/or time, ask to be put on our "standby" list.  A credit card number is required for appointments over $100 and/or if scheduling for parties of two or more.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates for our treatments are valid for 12 months and can be purchased at the front desk in person, over the phone, or from our website.  Appointment  "no shows" will void the gift certificate.  Gift certificates are non refundable but are transferable.  Gift certificates can be redeemed for equal value and can be applied to any treatment and/or retail item.  Any amount remaining on a gift certificate will be reissued in gift certificate form.   

Check In
Please arrive on time to avoid a reduced appointment time.  Late appointment arrivals will be responsible for the full payment of scheduled treatment.

Refund Policy
All gift certificates are nonrefundable.  Gift certificates are transferable and can be exchanged for any treatment of equal or less value, if available.

Payment
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
