A massage therapist will have a brief consultation with the client prior to the session. This consultation will allow the therapist to better understand the needs and expectations of the client and thus, cater the massage in terms of pressure and technique to address those needs.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

Take your senses to a new level and find the aroma that's meant for you through an aroma journey.  In addition to the massage, this treatment includes an aroma facial massage and aroma warm towel foot wrap with the selected essential oil blend that's right for you.

Etiquette:
a.r.t. massage body spa is a retreat for your mind body and spirit.  We require draping in all sessions and treatments.  Out of consideration for others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum.  Dedicate your time at our spa to complete relaxation.  Switching off cellular phones and other electronic devices is recommended so that you may relish in your treatment without interruption
from the outside world.

Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required.  Any cancellation with less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur a  75% cancellation fee.  Full charges will be imposed for a "no show".

Reservations
We do accept walk-ins, however, we recommend that you book well in advance to secure you preferred date and time of treatment.  If we do not have space available for your
desired date and/or time, ask to be put on our "standby" list.  A credit card number is required for appointments over $100 and/or if scheduling for parties of two or more.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates for our treatments are valid for 12 months and can be purchased at the front desk in person, over the phone, or from our website.  Appointment  "no shows" will void the gift certificate.

Check In
Please arrive on time to avoid a reduced appointment time.  Late appointment arrivals will be responsible for the full payment of scheduled treatment.

Refund Policy
All gift certificates are nonrefundable.  Gift certificates are transferable and can be exchanged for any treatment of equal or less value, if available.
